– What is the difference between a Will and a Trust?
– Power of Attorney vs. Guardianship proceedings;
– What is probate? How to avoid it;
– Minor children provisions.
FOCUS: If I do not have an estate plan, what documents should I sign so my parents can watch our minor children?
What about giving them access to bank accounts? What is a Limited Power of Attorney? If I have a Power of
Attorney, will it work in another state/country? What am I missing?
