This program's group setting provides a supportive environment with people facing similar challenges.
Please register by calling: (405) 579-2253 or email Jennifertr@health.ok.gov. Classes start September 27th from 6-7pm and will be every Tuesday at 6pm for all 8 sessions at The Well.
Eligibility includes: individuals must be at least 18 year old, not currently diabetic, not pregnant and residing in Cleveland County.
