Movement and Mindfulness: Gentle Movement, Relaxation, and Breath Focus

To more easily move into a state of meditation, this class will focus on gentle movements to aid relaxation and seated postures tailored to indivdual physical ability. Breath focus forms an integral part of relaxation techniques and is often used in yoga and meditation.
General class information:
- Eat lightly at least 2 hours before class
- Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes
- You may want to bring a small pillow, shawl, or light blanket, and water
